We are not considering cases for KY, LA, TN, PR or MI.
- Proton Pump Inhibitor (Rx)- aka “PPI” - PPI medication and has a diagnosis of kidney disease (stage 3 or greater) within 1 year of last use. We need brand use or OTC. We are not taking generic cases or cancer diagnosis cases. Examples of PPI medications are Nexium, Prilosec, and Prevacid (for example).
